We are glad to have the opportunity to sell 19 sailing yachts of various models. The yachts are run by an Austrian charter company, reputed for the best kept yachts and they all have undergone an extensive service and overhaul scheme. The boats are available for sale right now, but can be taken over by the end of the season 2012. In exchange you will have full net income of the charter fees. This is around 50% of the gross income and you should calculate with some 10 000 EUR, could of course be more but for calculation purpose we should keep to a more modest figures.
If new owner wants to, he can keep the boat under charter umbrella for another year as boats condition are really high. As you can see the prices are on the lower side of the world market price, even before charter income added, so we recommend a survey trip to see them soonest possible.
